Another natural disaster leaving thousands dead and thousands more suffering.
Again, the sheer scale of it is awful, and so soon after the typhoon in Myanmar. And the magnitude of the Chinese earthquake is almost unimaginable, makes me think of the fault that can give at any moment under the desert here.
I can only sit silent, send money to the Red Cross and Direct Relief this week. And appreciate life when I'm being petty about "problems" that are tragically ridiculous against this scale of suffering.

OTHER Virgos are fussy, critical worry-warts, and lots of the ones that are guys are not that happy that their sign is a girl so they lie and say they're Leos.
You know what? Let's fix that right now. From now on, a Virgo man is called a Mango, and that is final.
LIKES Books, details, and telling people that their sign is a pretty girl. (Mangos, you can start telling people that your sign is a bulldog or a piranha or something tough like that.)
DISLIKES Messes, pushy people, and dry frizzy hair with no bounce, vitality, or sparkling sheen. Also war.

our own stresses are all relative, but these two disasters are indeed reminders of how lucky we are. globus gathers another earthquake is forecast - poor bastards.
Hadn't heard about that, that's awful. Kind of gets harder and harder to click on the Google's news link after I check my e-mail in the morning.
